Teclab Management Services Limited, is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Bus Ticket Officer

Role Expectations
The successful candidates’ specific functions include:

  • Selling of ticket to passengers
  • Accept payment and make change available for passengers
  • Effective Cash handling
  • Ensures orderliness of the passengers at the terminus
  • Make sure all passengers are with certified ticket stamp by the company
  • Must display patience in stressful situations
  • Ready to work at any hour, including night, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to process and on-boarding passengers
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • A well groomed appearance, respect for details and accuracy, a pleasant and courteous manner are essential

Requirements

  • Academic: First school leaving certificate, OND will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ Experience

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently.
