• Installing and configuring computer systems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
• Solving password problems
• Setting up accounts for staffs
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and upgrades
• Repairing equipment's and replacing parts
• Maintenance of records and software licenses
• Responding to breakdowns
• Database entry
