TwoCan Solutions is an Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) firm with a strong desire to design, develop, integrate, and maintain turnkey ubiquitous ICT infrastructure and Solutions. We aim to deliver solutions and services using best industry practices, guidelines and framework.

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant who will work on our flagship product “donate-ng” – an online fundraising portal that enables people & organisations with social causes and projects within Nigeria to easily raise money online.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide general administrative support to the organisation.
  • Assist Head operations and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly.
  • Be proactive in keeping up to date with developments affecting the role and the organisation.
  • Reviewing customer request and resolves customer issues.
  • Face to Face customer service
  • Data analysis
  • Ad-hoc administration task

Must have:

  • Administration/organisational skills with the capacity to pay close attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills including customer service skills with a wide range of people in person and over the telephone.
  • Good ability to use Microsoft office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent level of social media interaction; FB, Twitter, Google, blogs
  • Excellent awareness of the use of the internet.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and without supervision.

Requirement:

  • HND/BSc from any tertiary institution.
  • Age limit 25 - 35 yrs.
