POSITION : Store Supervisor 

 Descriptions

• Assess performance of work daily in order to meet sales target
• Ensure work schedules are accurate with proper shifts arrangements
• Store management
• Timely delivery of information and reports
• Dealing with grievances
• Provide advice and assistance in market developingMonitor daily sales and attendance, investigate and resolve causes of absenteeism
• Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related challenges
• Monitor unscheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to tackle such issues.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in any field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership rol
• Computer literacy: good knowledge of excel and microsoft word
• Good communication skills
• problem solving skills
• Ability to lead people and take initiative
