POSITION : Store Supervisor
Descriptions
Assess performance of work daily in order to meet sales target
Ensure work schedules are accurate with proper shifts arrangements
Store management
Timely delivery of information and reports
Dealing with grievances
Provide advice and assistance in market developingMonitor daily sales and attendance, investigate and resolve causes of absenteeism
Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related challenges
Monitor unscheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to tackle such issues.
Requirements
B.Sc/HND in any field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership rol
Computer literacy: good knowledge of excel and microsoft word
Good communication skills
problem solving skills
Ability to lead people and take initiative
