JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Process opening, reactivation and closure of accounts
• File customer’s records
• Process ATM cards for customers
• Re0plance lost/experienced customer instrument such as ATM Cards, cheque books etc
• Perform other duties as assigned by Transactions Service Team Lead

JOB TITLE: TRANSACTION OFFICERS (TO)

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good customer’s service care
• Good problem solving skills
• Good documentation and record keeping
• Good reading and listening skills

 QUALIFICATION

• HND Graduate only (Minimum Lower Credit)
• Age: Not more than 30 years.
  
• Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVES DRIVERS

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Defensive driving techniques
• Proficient in highway codes
• Valid driver’s license

QUALIFICATION

• SSCE/WAEC/NECO
• Age: Between 28-40 years
• Not less than 2 years working experience
