The Workplace Centre Limited - We are lrecruiting seasoned and competent candidates for the position below onbehalf of our client :

POSITION : Project Analyst

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Management and country team on project acquisition responsibilities, overall project coordination, implementation and management
  • Provide comprehensive support to the project and country team in areas of project/process documentation, liaison within procurement and other functions and project tracking and monitoring
  • Assist with the supplier selection, procurement, contractual and delivery processes;
  • Provide project milestone tracking, progress reporting, change control, risk and uncertainty management and budget monitoring according to the specific work plans
  • Provide helpdesk liaison, tracking and escalation support to assigned project inquiries from project policymakers, stakeholders, partners and internal client’s staff to allow harmonious/progressive project processes;

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable institution;
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant project administration experience, in a structured environment;
  • Experience in real estate or construction industry highly desirable.
