Ideas Warehouse Limited is recruiting to fill the position below : 

POSITION : Administrative Executive

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Female and aged between 25 and 35 (Outstanding male would be considered)
  • High level IT skills e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel, Coreldraw Internet and email
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skils in English, both written and verbal, face to face and over the phone
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Minute taking skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative
  • Formal qualifications - National Diploma and above

Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate the following:

  • Working with people at an executive level
  • Can travel on inter states and out station assignments at short notice
  • Can work from home and give detailed reports
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Confidence and Honesty
  • Living on Lagos Island would be an advantage.
