POSITION : Fuelling Manager (Diesel)
- Oversea general sourcing and distribution of diesel to all telecom sites under our management.
- Design an efficient sourcing strategy for diesel.
- Create a working fueling schedule to be followed by Team leads, suppliers, and site guards.
- Attend to on calls for emergency fueling calls.
- Ensure Escalation Management counts on fuel shortages are maintained at zero
- Ensure all relevant documentation and set procedures are adhered to.
- Monitor fuel consumptions and profitability
- Daily reporting of status of fuel on all Backbone sites.
- Reconcile amounts of diesel paid for and delivered by vendors
- Processing of payment for new consignments.
- Ensure continuous stock review to avoid stock depletion below stock limit.
- Make sure proper documentation is done.
- Alternative power supply management
- Prepare monthly work schedule
- Hybrid and PHCN status reporting
- Quality Management System.
- Ensure conformity with the Quality Management System.
- Ensure products supplied are within the approved specifications.
Requirement/Qualification
- A degree in Procurement or Purchasing and Supply Management or other related fields.
- At least ten (10) years related experience.
- Telecoms experience of at least five (5) years.
- Must be proficient in the use of MS packages especially MS Excel.
- A strategic thinker and self-starter.
- Excellent reputation for integrity and judgment.
- Analytical, organization, and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
