Omega Icon Global Investments a leading forex training center in Nigeria. we educate the public on  disciplines of trading psychology, investor sentiment, fundamental analysis, and technical analysis. 

POSITION : Sales Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and marketing the Company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner as to maintain an adequately high sales conversion ratio as stipulated by the KPIs set forth by the Company;
  • Building, developing and maintaining professional business relationship with clients via phone, chat and emails;
  • Providing clients with on-going updates on the market, investment strategy, positioning and account performance;
  • Assisting clients with any platform/financial trading related queries;
  • Providing quality and efficient live support to existing and potential clients.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ sales or business development experience
  • Native level of English
  • University/College degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field will be consider as an advantage
  • Telesales experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience within the FX or similar industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
