•  Assist with development of talent management policies and framework
• Assist with employee engagement that aligns talent management objectives with corporate goals
• Design framework for implementing & evaluating talent management initiatives
• Provide research on all talent management activities

QUALIFICATION

• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Empathic with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and deductive skills
• Should be able to counsel, and coach effectively

•  Tolerant and patient

QUALIFICATION

• First Degree in any discipline
• Student membership of CIPM is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR
