JOB DETAILS
We have a requirement for an experienced Web Designer/Developer to join our company
The successful candidate will design and develop the look and feel of our customer facing websites.
He/she will be quick with good attention to detail and also have an excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). He/she will be able to work unsupervised for most of the time, and would ideally have a love of the web and its possibilities; a passion for design & development; and welcome constructive criticism of their work.
· Demonstrable expertise designing & developing websites professionally for both the web and mobile.
· Experience of web and mobile application interface design.
· Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team environment
· Be able to explain ideas in a way that other people would understand easily
· Welcome the constructive criticism of his/her work
· Know how to interpret requirements effectively and translate it into web designs
· Know how to remove complexity from services and keep them as simple as can be
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop websites; Design, build, test and support, using a variety of tools and environments.
· Carry out website hosting, support and maintenance tasks, including domain registration and renewal, site installation and migration (where required).
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
· Adobe Creative Suite
· Photoshop / INDesign
· HTML/HTML5
· Google web designer (would be nice)
· Drupal
· PHP
· JQuery/JSON
