POSITION : Marketing & Customer Relations Officer, HAC, (MCRO)
Description
- Marketing and Customer Relations Services to our prospects and customers/students towards achieving Centre’s, sales targets and market share objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of the Centre’s Marketing and Sales Objectives, both in our Training Services (HTI) and Book Sales business (HPD).
- Any other duties as may be assigned in pursuit of company’s goals and objectives by the BM and Management.
Pre-requisites
- Degree/HND from any discipline.
- Two years’ Marketing/CRM experience in the ICT or FMC Industry.
- Demonstrable customer-friendly qualities.
- Written and oral communications skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and must be Internet Savvy.
- Age- 27years & below.
