POSITION : Production Supervisor  

Responsibilities

• To take full responsibility in terms of Staff management, Production management, Quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes.
• To take full responsibility of the quality and product produced in line with the Company’s quality system, processes and procedures.
• Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting Staff.
• Monitor measure and report on production related process performance and general issues
• To work with other Production Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools
• ENG –Engineering based courses, Food Science Technology, Biochemistry, and Industrial Chemistry.

Qualifications & Experience 

• HND/B.Sc/B.Eng in an Engineering based courses, Food Science Technology, Biochemistry, and Industrial Chemistry.
• 2 - 3 years’ work experience in FMCG
