•  Proficiency in electrical wiring, installations, generator maintenance and electrical appliances

JOB TITLE: CARPENTERS

EXPERIENCE

• Degree from accredited trade/technical school
• Skilled carpenters with ability to fabricate and install furniture
• Proficiency in installation of laminate and hardwood floors
• Proficiency in plasterboard installation and painting is added advantage

JOB TITLE: PLUMBERS

EXPERIENCE

• Technical degree
• At least 5 years experience in building maintenance and construction industry
• Proficiency in the installation of sanitary ware

JOB TITLE: AIR CONDITIONER TECHNICIANS

EXPERIENCE

• Related technical degree from trade/technical School
• At least 5 years experience in building maintenance and construction industry
• Proficiency in the installation and maintenance o air conditioning systems, microwave, refrigerators, ovens, washing machines and other home appliances
