First Capital Trust Plc invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the below p[osition
POSITION : Head of Accounts
Responsibilities
- Ensure all company’s transactions are correctly captured and are in line with the company’s Financial accounting procedures
- Prepare the management accounts which are accurately produced for management’s decision
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements
- Ensure all expenses incurred are wholly , necessarily and reasonably incurred.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess HND or B.Sc in Accounting, or other professional certification or degrees that relate to the job function
Experience:
- 2 years post NYSC in the same position.
- Applicants must have knowledge of IFRS and be able to prepare company accounts unsupervised
