POSITION : Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Candidates must have extensive experience in residential and commercial mortgage, market. Must have a large network of contacts and a strong understanding of marketing strategies to increase revenue in real estate or mortgage sales.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Professional marketing qualification preferred
- 5 years marketing experience supporting a finance, banking, real estate or mortgage sales environment preferred
- Knowledge of the residential and commercial mortgage market
- Ability to strategically develop internal and external marketing strategies to increased revenue and calculate ROI
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Attention to detail
- Work efficiently in a very fast paced environment
