POSITION : Horticulture and Landscape Project Manager

 Description

To manage general operations and administrative functions and ensure company profitability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning of the organization.
• Facilitating technical guidance & support to the site team.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities.
• Identify, design and implement new business opportunities.
• Conducts surveys/ site inspection together data needed in design preparation.
• Prepares preliminary design sketches fr all projects, including cost estimates.
• Manage the staff, the customers, company budget, and the assets.
• Oversee Human Resource and staff management units.
• Organize and implement client’s satisfaction relations.

Specifications

• Degree in relevant field. An MBA would be an added advantage..
• Project Management Certification.
• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience.
• Minimum of 40 years of age.

Competencies

• Have a vast working knowledge of plants and their technical names.
• Have knowledge of horticulture, floriculture and aquaculture.
• Be in touch with best international practice in horticulture.
• Read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.
• Effectively communicate and present information to employees, top management, and customers.
• Build, lead and assess teams.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
• Expertise in Autocad, revit, Studio max, Sketch it.
• Communication skills required.

Remuneration
4,200,000 - 4,800,000 per.annum.
