A design & build firm based in Lagos requires the services of the under listed professionals:
PROJECT MANAGER
Must be an architect with at least M.SC Architecture
Posses at least 6 years post NYSC experience
Must be proficient in site supervision activities
Should have a good use of AutoCAD, Ms Projects and other Microsoft office applications
Must have a high ability to deliver finishes.
SITE SUPERVISOR
Must have a BEng or B.SC in Civil Engineering, Building or Architecture
With 5years post NYSC experience
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Must possess a BSC in Quantity surveying
With 5 years post NYSC experience
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR ALL POSITIONS
Good interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate
Possess good planning and execution skills in construction and general management
Candidates for these jobs must be prepared to work in any state of the country (Nigeria) and be ready to travel at short notice
Membership of professional body is an added advantage.
