POSITION : IT Officer
Responsibilities
- Social media marketing of company services
- Search engine optimization
- Drive traffic to the company website
- Position the company brand online
- Determining information system requirements and defining project objectives
- Making recommendations, such as suggesting appropriate hardware, software and systems
- Designing, installing and trialing new systems and software, and fixing any issues that arise
- Compiling and presenting information on any technical glitches, writing reports and documentation
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Talking to staffs to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
- Responding to breakdowns
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- Maintaining records of software licenses
Qualifications
- B.Sc in relevant subjects such as Computing, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Mathematics
- Experience in developing an online learning platform is an added advantage
