POSITION : Agricultural Field Supervisor 

 Description

• Develop an out grower plan and train the farmers on Good agronomic practices with cluster formation for small holding farmers.
• Provide technical support on Good Agronomic Practice training to farmers, area identification, location scouting, nutrient pest management, input distribution, buy back arrangement coordination, logistics support, storage and quality & market intelligence surveys
•  Applicant should be ready to work and stay in remote rural areas within farming community to develop the relations with company.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agric/M.Sc. in Agriculture, (Plant Breeding, Soil Science, Agronomy, Plant Pathology, Entomology etc.) or a Diploma in Agriculture; Work experience in seed industry and Knowledge in Seed production specially hybrid seed production will be essential for vacancies in seed production.
• This position is open to Nigerian residents in Katsina and Jigawa State only.
