POSITION : Certified Professional Trainer/Tutor

 Description

• Provide a well detailed and documented syllabus for the various courses the trainer will be assigned to teach.
• Project management professional
• Customer service and office management
• Microsoft office suites and desktop publishing
• Basic strategic management
• Financial modelling
• Digital marketing

Responsibilities

• Able to Moderate discussions, build moments of reflection, and being an expert in sharing his/her expertise, presenting, mentoring.
• Able to adapt the training programs to the trainees needs.
• Should be able to introduce adequate training methods and design training manuals and learning materials.
• Should be also prepared to communicate with trainees in written and visual form. His/her editing competency in terms of building statements, grammar and spelling as well as using authoring tools to create messages.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified trainer
• B.S.c or B.A, minimum of H.N.
