POSITION : Service Support Officer
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient, approachable security service, and high level of customer service to staff and customers at all times.
- Carry out internal and external patrol, day and night to ensure safe and secure environment, recording maintenance issues, potential breaches of security or unusual occurrences as appropriate.
- Assist customers with helpful advice, guidance and information where necessary.
- Ensure that those who should not be granted access to the Banking hall are professionally and politely prevented from gaining access or escorted from the premises.
Requirements
- Good ND or HND certification.
- Not more than 45 years old.
- Certificates in security training would be an added advantage.
- Experience of security role will also be an added advantage.
