POSITION : Welding Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper discipline workflow while interfacing with the project (office/site/yard) organization and clients.
- Ensure th supervision and monitoring of Welding Activities performed. Coordinate human and technical resources.
- Plan and monitor vendors or any specialists activities at site
- Ensure the fulfilment of project welding requirements (Fabrications band Welding Specifications, WPS, Welding Books, Project procedures, etc.)
- Coordinate and organize welding activities to ensure cost-effective performance, in accordance with the established operating programs.
- Coordinating and control the activities performed by the dependent teams of Supervisors, Foremen, Welders, and Welding Operators.
- Ensure that welding teams (Supervisors, Welders, and Welding Operators) are properly trained and certified for the execution of project before their employment in production and during the life cycle of the project.
Qualification
- Degree in Fabrication/Mechanical /Welding Engineering a minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the Energy sector.
- Must hold SCWI/CSWIP 3.2
