POSITION : Dispatch Rider
Description
Responsible for delivering our products to the customer.
Expected to exhibit excellent customer service and be the face of the Juice Bar while at it.
Carry out other functions as assigned by the manager.
Responsibilities
Maintain and service the bike when needed.
Meet daily delivery goals.
Responsible for delivering packages to the customers
Ensures the delivery is well secured to avoid spillage.
Get feedback from customers on areas of improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE
Relevant licenses required to ply the roads in Lagos.
Skills & abilities:
Customer service skills
Product and job knowledge
People skills
Organized and motivated
Excellent on the bike
Knowledge of Lagos routes.
Able to work days, evenings and weekends on rotational basis
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift and carry up to 13kg
Must be resident in Lagos
