POSITION : Customer Service Representative - e-Commerce
Description
- Be familiar with Web and Social platforms support and various system applications.
- Rely on instructions and pre- established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Work under immediate supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Respond to all customer inquiries regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical problems via email/ social media.
- Document all customer complaints as appropriate and escalate, according to established standard operating procedures.
- Review requests, contact customers to clarify requests, ensure all necessary information required to process requests are included and route such to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND
- Possess excellent computer skills
- Very active on social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc
- Possess excellent communication skills
