POSITION : Sales/Marketing Officer

DESCRIPTION

• Candidate must be able to develop and implement solutions for improving the sales/marketing function of the company.
• Improve customer relationship management for the company
• Meet revenue targets by direct marketing and sales
• Improve marketing efforts through indirect marketing.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Marketing and Sales Reports
• Conduct a needs assessment of the company
• Develop a work plan for the sales and marketing function
• Work on improving the visibility of company as well as its product and services
• Work on improving the quality, content and marketing of the company, its product and services

The Person

• Must be in excellent health, smart, intelligent, confident, entrepreneurial, outgoing and friendly. Must be between the range of 22 and 35 years of age.

Requirements

•  Minimum of OND in any field.
• 0-2years experience in marketing and sales role in any reputable organization. (Cognate experience in sales with any reputable fashion company is an added advantage).
•  Application open to residents of Ajah, Lekki, Victoria Island, Lagos Island and environs only.

• Articulate with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Marketing and sales skills (ability to sell products)
• Interpersonal skills and persuasive power to motivate people
• Computer literate.
• Passion for fashion and vast knowledge of the fashion business
• Visionary and strategic thinking and planning ability
• Multi task and work in a high stress environment
