POSITION : Graphic Designer
DESCRIPTION
Responsible for creating, supporting, and art directing all visual content and designs.
While reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, this position will have creative freedom and be responsible for managing his/her work and relationships with the team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to successfully and efficiently meet the deliverable requirements of a project
- Partner with web developers to create responsive mini-sites and landing pages
- Continuously discover and share found inspiration and new industry best practices to maximize efficiency and creativity
- Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
- Eloquently present and defend design work.
- Notebooks, brochures, calendars, digital ads, annual reports, infographics, data visualizations, e-books and more
- Thoughtfully integrate writing and design to create the best visual stories and experience.
- Help drive content strategy by providing feedback into creative briefs and contributing ideas throughout the creative process
- Take direction from creative briefs and collaborate with the team to create strategic content that fulfills our business goals

- Ability to assert ideas, take initiative and drive projects.
- Minimum 3 years of design experience (Agency/print production experience is an advantage)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Typography& illustration skills
- Proficient understanding of multimedia design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Others
- Illustration skills
- Data visualization experience and/or solid math skills
- Calm, flexible and able to work under pressure or with short deadlines
- Understanding of accessible design and accessibility standards.
- Content marketing and/or content design experience
- Experience working with writers and editors
- Ability to work with and direct web developers
