POSITION : Dispatch Rider

DESCRIPTION

  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for delivering packages to the customers
  • Ensures the delivery is delivered on time.
  • Get feedback from customers on areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and service the bike when needed.
  • Meet daily delivery goals.
  • Responsible for delivering our products to the customer.
  • He/She is expected to exhibit excellent customer service and be the face of the company while at it.
  • The dispatch will carry out other functions as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Relevant licenses required to ply the roads in Lagos.
  • Vast knowledge of Lagos road networks

skills & abilities:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Product and job knowledge
  • Good people skills
  • Highly organized and motivated
  • Excellent on the bike
  • ;nowledge of Lagos routes.
  • Able to work days, evenings and weekends on rotational basis

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift and carry up to 13kg
  • Must be resident in Lagos
