HEAD ENGINEERING SERVICES (HES 04/2011)
Location: Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt
Participate in strategy formulation and process development for the service function in respect to training and technical support in the main service centre and all the Quick service centres (QSC)
Key Responsibilities:
-Take responsibility for the maintenance of fleet, monitoring vehicular performance of our clients’ fleet.
-Provide field support for field test and assigned projects.
-Liaise between the technical department of motor manufacturer or importer, our clients, and the fleet master network.
-Work in cross-functional teams to provide technical oversight and hazard analysis input for the service group.
-Be recognised as the in-house technical resource and expert in engineering
-Ensure all technicians in assigned domain are trained and skills regularly updated in line with best practices.
Requirements:
-A degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or HNC/HND electrical or mechanical engineering with minimum 7 years post NYSC experience gained in the automotive industry
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Customer support/service channel ability desirable
-Diesel/petrol engine knowledge
-Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
-Computer literacy essential.
