Plantation Industries Limited  a leading Cocoa Processing Factory based in Akure, Ondo State 

POSITION : Operations Manager

Description

An operations Manager is a senior role which involves overseeing the production of goods and smooth running of the organisation to meet expectation of customers and clients.

Other duties include Planning and controlling change, managing quality assurance programmes, setting and reviewing budget to manage cost, and overseeing inventory, distribution of goods.

Qualification 

  • Must possess a Degree or Higher National Diploma in any of the Technology courses or Physics with minimum of second class lower division.
  • 5 years experience is required in a manufacturing concern
  • Good business skills and commercial awareness are big virtues
  • Motivate others, Deliver on time, in-budget, to-specification and contribute to Food Safety and Business Quality Management System Development are very important.
  • Share knowledge and good knowledge and enforcement of LEAN manufacturing process very essential.
  • Not more than 35 years.
