POSITION : Production Manager
Description
- Responsible for planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure that all products are wholesome and meet specification and established standards of quality including reliability and usability while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
- Passion for Continuous Improvement, lots of initiative and attention to detail and be someone who takes pride and responsibility in what he does.
Qualification
- Degree or HND holders in Engineering, Pure or Applied Sciences
- Practical experience in manufacturing, quality and safety management for at least 5 years in a food processing company
- Business skills and commercial awareness are big virtues
- Motivate others, Deliver on time, in-budget, to-specification and contribute to Food Safety and Business Quality Management System Development are very important.
- Ability to share knowledge and good knowledge and enforcement of LEAN manufacturing process very essential.
- Not more than 35 years.
