Plantation Industries Limited  a leading Cocoa Processing Factory based in Akure, Ondo State 

POSITION : Tax Accounting and Compliance Supervisor/Manager

 Description

  • The role holders function as an internal tax specialist to the organization ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filling of tax returns, create and maintain a tax (VAT) compliance policy, processes and controls, close interactions with accounting for accurate financials from a tax reporting point of view and support for business in structuring deals and transactions in a tax complaint and optimal way.

Requirements

  • Professionally qualified Accountants with good specific knowledge and experience in accounting for corporate income taxes, VAT and withholding taxes.
  • 2-5 years of working experience in tax matters
  • Business skills and commercial awareness are big virtues
  • Motivate others, Deliver on time, in-budget, to-specification and contribute to Food Safety and Business Quality Management System Development are very important.
  • Share knowledge and good knowledge and enforcement of LEAN manufacturing process very essential.
  • Not more than 35 years.
