POSITION : Recruiting Officer/Relationship Manager
Description
Handling driver payment processes
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and drivers.
Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service your organisation is providing.
Writing reports analysing the client service that your organisation provides.
Recruiting drivers from different sources and conducting interviews ensuring that the best drivers are eventually selected to work with clients at different capacities.
Building driver profiles based on result of various assessment conducted
Assigning drivers to clients based on clients specification
Investigating and solving client problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on directly by client.
Manage the client relationship arm of the firm
Handling and managing driver complaints or any major incidents
Requirements
Great managerial skills
Must reside on the mainland
Must possess a Diploma / OND/ BSc degree from a reputable Institution in Nigeria.
Must be between 25 - 30years
