POSITION : Recruiting Officer/Relationship Manager

 Description

• Handling driver payment processes
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and drivers.
• Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service your organisation is providing.
• Writing reports analysing the client service that your organisation provides.
• Recruiting drivers from different sources and conducting interviews ensuring that the best drivers are eventually selected to work with clients at different capacities.
• Building driver profiles based on result of various assessment conducted
• Assigning drivers to clients based on clients specification
• Investigating and solving client problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on directly by client.
• Manage the client relationship arm of the firm
• Handling and managing driver complaints or any major incidents

Requirements

• Great managerial skills
• Must reside on the mainland
• Must possess a Diploma / OND/ BSc degree from a reputable Institution in Nigeria.
• Must be between 25 - 30years
