POSITION : Rig Manager
DESCRIPTION
Recommends and implements actions to maintain or upgrade assigned assets.
Responsible for assigned activities that support delivery of products and services efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Ensures assigned assets compliance with reguistory and contractual requirements and that the workplace environment results in targeted retention/stability; manage customer relationships from operational aspects, ensures delivery on commitments and maintains JV Company credibility and assets optimally.
- For assigned assets, ensures required parts, capital spares mind consumables are available; deliver on commitments to customer and exceed expectations regarding operational integrity, safety, environment, regulatory compliance; make resource- maintenance decisions to balance short-team profit against long-term low cost operation-maintenance of asset; recommend new configurations of asset-services within and or across BUs and Sustain or enhance the assigned asset base to meet Company’s standards
- Ensures assigned fixed assets comply with contractual, regulatory or JV Company standards and makes recommendations to prolong useful life, improve marketability, efficiency and profitability; recommends and develops scope definition of BU assigned fixed asset improvements; coordinates, monitors, supports and reports to management on assigned activities; preserves asset useful life.
