POSITION : Manager - SHE

DESCRIPTION

• Manages the Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) function for the Business Unit and provides technical support to the Corporate SHE department through the development of SHE standards and systems.
• Facilitates the integration of SHE & Management system principles by supporting accountable managers.

  Responsibilities

• Provides a safe, healthy physical workplace and working environment focused on behaviours and processes that will result in zero incidents; provides proactive, professional and visible leadership; monitors and benchmark regulatory, contractual and industry SHE standards against JV Company requirements and recommend improvements.
• Advise on the establishment, management, maintenance and implementation of safety cases and SHE bridging documents and analyses SHE data from internal and external sources and the stewardship of the SHE Risk Management System and activities.
