 HEAD, CUSTOMER SERVICES (HCS 04/2011)
 
Location: Lagos
 
 Key Responsibilities
-You will work on building relationships with clients at senior management level and ensure that you are resolving any problems that may arise.

-You will ensure that service standards are being driven to exceed expectations and look for ways to deliver continuous improvement.

-Develop tactical plan for the assigned team to achieve corporate and service delivery objectives and to enhance customer satisfaction in the areas of quality & delivery.

-Monitor results in relation to the execution of the business plan, operational objectives and customer satisfaction.

-Manage workload and expenses of assigned team in accordance with approved budget. In doing do you will also ensure the timely & accurate processing of customer orders.

-Key representative for global, regional, and domestic cross-functional work teams

-Resolve customer issues and escalate appropriately, as necessary, with a strong emphasis on customer focus and taking steps to elevate customer scores.

-Act as customer advocate to facilitate customer business requests, making appropriate recommendations & influencing others for overall improvements in the delivery of service.
 
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree at a level not below a lower second

-Minimum of 7 years post NYSC experience and not less than 3 years in similar role in corporate sales.

-You will ideally have gained your experience in customer service management within a supply chain or travel and logistics environment.

-Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in this role.

-Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment.
