POSITION : Business Analyst
Requirements
- Extensive experience in gathering and documenting systems and products requirements for information technology environments
- Experience in business process analysis and process re-engineering.
- Thoroughly think out and evaluate alternatives, innovative problem resolution, pro-active approach and initiative to resolve problems
- Work with little direction and supervision, timely completion of projects, makes time for unplanned assignments, adapts to changing priorities
- Communication skills with the ability to relate to diverse groups of internal and external clients to include vendors, consultants, designers and developers
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with +8 years work experience
- Minimum of 4 years working in a Telecoms environment
- MSc in management or MBA
- Proven experience in solution delivery within a complex environment
- Experience in the use of SDLC and Business analysis tool an added advantage. Proven experience in solution delivery within a complex environment
