POSITION : Team Lead, Metering (AMR)

Description

Report to the Head Metering Services, the role of this position is to support the Head Metering Services with the monitoring of Large Power User (LPU) Meters and Smart Metering System.

 Responsibilities

• Supervises follow up on resolution of faults by Metering teams
• Supervises review of Energy Consumption on sites where anomalies are spotted
• Co-ordinates meter reading data for the Billing Department
• Supervises the Evaluation of AMR Data
• Trains and mentors Metering Engineers on the AMR system
• Monitor AMR Website Availability/liaising with AMR Service provider
• Controls the implementation and daily functioning of the AMR Department
• Escalation of Faults spotted on LPU Installations via AMR Website

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
•  10 years corporate experience in Management and business development.
• Written & verbal communication skills
• Team Leadership education
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
