POSITION : Agency Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship of existing corporate clients and trade partners while sourcing for new ones
- Planning and selling of Tickets, hotels, protocol services, insurance and other travel services
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Manage the entire team and ensure the productivity of the branch, while managing cost.
- Meet all set sales and profit target for the branch.
- Source for trade partners to increase the sales of the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND
- 5 relevant years in the travel agency as a travel consultant/agency manager
- Proficient use of all GDS- Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre.
- Leadership position would be an added advantage.
