Lead and direct all activities relating to the provision of security services to the Company’s clients including physical security and electronic security.
Report directly to the Managing Director, will oversee and engage with regional operations managers to ensure that security operations across all regions in the country meet the Company’s service delivery standards and client operational requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with relevant security/ law enforcement agencies, be responsible for client relationship management and also serve as liaison with client’s management team periodically.
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in any discipline
Postgraduate/ professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage
8 - 12 years’ work experience within security services industry (including military, paramilitary or private security services), with at least five (5) years in a senior managerial role
Knowledge of the Nigerian private security services industry and Nigerian security legislation at state and federal levels
High level of commercial awareness
