POSITION : Sales Executive DESCRIPTION
Coordinate closing of deals and signing of document
Schedule visit/ inspections to our estates to show our product to prospective clients
Responsible to build and maintain an excellent relationship with clients on an ongoing basis
Prepare and send weekly report to immediate supervisor
Perform other functions that may be assigned by management. on an ongoing basis
Generate sales with existing and new clients
Prospect and get new clients to increase our client data base
Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through visits and meetings
Develop innovative ideas to boost sales
Accompany clients during their visit to all our estates for inspection
Consult with clients to know what type of properties they want
Requirements
A degree in a related field
At least one year work experience as a Sales Executive
Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
Location is Mowe, after the Redemption camp.
