POSITION : Senior Analyst, IT Business Relationship Management

 Description

Responsible for engaging business stakeholders, capturing business demand, provisioning services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture business demand including analysis of business requirements
• Serve as the interface between IT projects and customers to ensure collaboration and coordination between all stakeholders
• Assist with managing relationships between the business and IT to ensure adequate interaction between the two areas

Qualifications

• 5 years post NYSC with 2 years of experience in Service Development or Operations, 3 years of experience in managing relationships with internal business customers. 
• Professional certification will be an added advantage.
