Workforce Management Centre Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:
POSITION : Welder
Description​
- Responsible for fitting and welding of steel, aluminum and stainless steel parts using a MIG and/or TIG process
- Carry out repairs on broken and dented parts of plants and equipment.
- Assist and help other staff in doing the repair or assembling of machines and equipment.
- Carry out other assignments relevant to his job or outside the job as may be instructed by the superior.
- Maintain safe and healthy working conditions in the terminals.
- Carry out welding jobs with oxy acetylene and arc welding machines.
- Construction of burglar proofs for buildings and equipment.
- Carry out fabrications of steel structures and other projects.
Requirements
- Good OND/HND or Trade Certificate
- 5 - 7 years quality work experience
- Working Knowledge of port and shipping industry is of critical advantage
