POSITION : Business Manager

Responsibilities
Sales:

  • Participating and realizing the preparation of offers, reporting …
  • Supporting in achievement of commercial objectives and pro-active development of corrective actions
  • Gathering new business opportunities
  • Managing business leads in consulting at actual customers
  • Closing offer deals on a service contracts
  • Participating to the marketing strategy

Management:

  • Managing a team of consultants
  • Supervising the financial status of your activity
  • Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners,

HR:

  • Playing an active & consulting role to our recruitment team to optimize our attracting policy
  • Selecting & recruiting your new consultants team
  • Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)

Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering,
  • 2 years’ experience in a West African country, VIE accepted,
  • Track record in Business development,
  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas technical fields,
  • A good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active,
  • Can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests,
  • Feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals,
  • Speak French and English fluently.
