POSITION : Quality Systems Manager
DESCRIPTION
Implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality food safety and other management systems
Establish efficient and effective processes and tools for compliance with standard requirements
Conduct inspections/ audits and implement corrective and improvement plans for non-conformities noted
Monitor the performance of compliance program and conduct training and pep-talk for system improvement
Qualifications
Degree in Food Technology, Science or Engineering
ISO series and other management systems training.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Quality and Food safety Management System
Requirements :
Leadership and people management skills
Communication skill.
Process control/ improvement skills
Auditing and presentation skills
