POSITION : Branch Manger
Description
- Handle tasks of identifying and analysing risks associated with insurance policy.
- Represent the interest of the company at the technical forums, ensuring the company is updated with technological and market trends.
- Communicate with clients to gather accurate information in case of insurance claims.
- Perform tasks of establishing and maintaining high standards of insurance sales quality.
- Coordination of marketing team
- Responsible for developing and implementing insurance sales strategies.
- Provide training sessions to new intakes in insurance and financial sales and services.
- Perform tasks of establishing and maintaining high standards of insurance sales quality.
- Coordinate technical and customer support services
- Responsible for developing and implementing insurance sales strategies for general insurance policies.
- Handle tasks of identifying and analysing risks associated with insurance policy.
- Update insurance weekly reports to director and management as required.
- Evaluate in-depth company finance and operations and deal with difficult financial situations.
