POSITION : Machine Specialist
Responsibilities
Maintain, Repair And Optimise Plant and Associate Devices (Artisan):
- Locate Plant, Equipment, Spares and Relevant Documentation/Systems
- Plan and Prepare the Job
- Carry Out Repairs / Maintenance
- Continuously Improve (Optimise) Plant, Process Equipment and Systems
- Operate Plant and Process Equipment
Provide Specialist Technical Support:
- Monitor Performance
- Optimised Use of Resources
- Resolve and Eliminate Problems
Optimise Team Performance:
Maintain Safe, Healthy and Risk Free Working Environment (Operator/Artisan):
- Comply With Safe, Health and Environmental Procedures and Legislation
- Maintain Safety and Housekeeping Standards
Work In Teams:
- Contribute To Team and Self Development
- Communicate Effectively In the Workplace
Requirements
- Have a minimum of HND in Electrical or Mechanical.
- 3 years’ experience as a Process Artisan or similar capacity preferably in a beer manufacturing environment or FMCG.
- Proficiency in RGB washer machine.
