POSITION : Operations Associate
Description
- You will be providing top-level customer service by managing the emails, phone calls and text messages that come in.
- We are looking for people that want to have fun while they work and love figuring out solutions to real-time problems.
- If you are empathetic, can remain calm under pressure and feel like you can effectively communicate with almost anyone, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction for our customers and drivers.
- Work with engineering team to improve product and customer experience
- Passionate safi.ng representative
- Manage scheduling and dispatch
- Balance the inbound calls, texts and emails from customers, partner dry-cleaners and drivers.
Requirements
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree (4-year university)
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience is a plus but not a must.
