POSITION : IT Technical Support Internship Program
Responsibilities
- Sever administration
- Test and document software
- Database management
- All tasks concerning the installation, migration and support of a sever system
- Microsoft Cloud products installation and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customers problems
- Deployment of Office365 solutions to customers
- Support Office365 tickets as opened in the helpdesk partal
- Provide training to customers on Office365 capabilities
- Support the marketing team on Office365 technical issues
Requirements
- Able to commit to completing full time internship for 6 months
- Currently in education or have graduated from an Undergraduate or Postgraduate course within the last 12 months
- A BA/B.Sc in a Business related or IT degree
- Have right to work in the country in which you are currently located
