CardinalStone Capital Advisers (CCA) recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
POSITION : Junior Associate
Responsibilities
- Participate in the formulation and execution of the investment strategy for new investment opportunities
- Serve as primary custodian of all investments, initiatives or portfolio companies under his/her control, managing all internal/external resources engaged on such engagements
- Work closely with and report directly to organizational leadership on assigned investments, businesses and other strategic engagements as may be required
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of the optimization strategy for existing portfolio companies
- Work may require some travel, mostly domestic travel to various company/transaction sites across Nigeria with some mix of international travel
REQUIREMENTS
- Second Class Upper Degree (or 3.0 GPA equivalent) from a top tier university
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking and/or private equity role(s) requiring strong financial modelling, analytical reasoning and presentation skills
- Experience in emerging markets, particularly Nigeria and West Africa is a plus
- Passion to transition to hands-on private equity investing role in Nigeria/West Africa
